Conference paper review and publication
All submitted papers must undergo review by 2–3 experts appointed by the organizing committee. Following a rigorous review process, all accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings and submitted to IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) for publication under ISBN: 979-8-3315-6393-6. After publication, the proceedings will be submitted by the publisher for indexing in IEEE Xplore, EI Compendex, and Scopus.

Outstanding papers will be recommended for publication in the journal
The 2026 International Conference on Complex Systems and Automatic Control (CSAC 2026) has established official collaborations with two renowned academic journals, Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics and Control Theory and Technology (CTT). The conference will select high-quality papers that are well aligned with the conference themes and recommend them directly to the above journals for expedited review. Accepted papers will be published in the corresponding journal. This collaboration is intended to provide conference participants with a higher-quality publication channel and to enhance the visibility and impact of their research outcomes. Note: All submitted articles should report original research results, experimental or theoretical, not previously published or under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academics. Hence, any act of plagiarism or other misconduct is totally unacceptable and cannot be tolerated.
